Every situation is unique, and for that reason, your needs will be reviewed at the initial meeting and an estimate will be provided to you prior to the start of services. Each client is treated independently and with the utmost confidentiality.

Special supplies, postage, mailings, etc. are additional, and billed at cost
Rates are determined by the complexity of the service provided, and will be subject to change if modifications in the initial service are made. All rates are billed in 15 minute increments, with a one hour minimum.

Standard Services:
- Starting at $45 hour
- Due upon receipt of completed service
Project Services:
- Starting at $50 hour
- 50% deposit, with balance due upon completion of service
- Unpaid accounts over 30 days are subject to a $20 late fee
Small Businesses:
- Starting at $55 hour
- Billed on a monthly basis, due upon receipt
- Unpaid accounts over 15 days are subject to a $20 late fee
The above rates take into account and reflect my specialized skills and expertise, as well as my diverse executive experience in the corporate, bookkeeping and legal fields for over 25 years.
There are no additional fees. As an independent service provider, I am responsible to pay for my own office equipment, overhead expenses, and payroll taxes. That means no overhead expenses for you, just cost savings. |
